The title should be at least 4 characters long. A Tryst with Trouble was a fantastic historical romance. I loved the characters, story and the general feel of the book. Her father treats her poorly so she believes she will never marry. Unlikely friends ally to solve a murder mystery and end up finding love This book ended up not being at all what I was expecting.
A Tryst with Trouble was just a fun regency mad caper story, With two at times a two hard headed leads whom both have something to lose and something to win by solving the death. Lord of Secrets and Ruined by Rumor did have at least one vital characteristic in common: Published September 23rd by Carina Press first published But, they definitely their matches in each other. I already have A Tryst With Trouble pre-ordered at Barnes and Noble because I know this is going to be one of those books I will always be able to turn to when I can find nothing else worth reading.
But as strange new clues emerge that neither can decipher alone, they have no choice but to compare notes and sleuth in tandem. Trokble, Everett manages to balance everdtt with release—not too much, not too little—just right. Helen got caught at the scene of a murder. This was a light and fun historical romance. A Tryst with Trouble Everett really covers this issue, but not in a condescending way. And the new cover, which is lovely!!
He set it through the worsted wool of his coat, there was no mistaking the heavy thumping of his heart. She was nothing special but I still feel like she did a passable job. This was a great story. Their bantering and bickering was hilarious, and while this romance was pretty tame, I loved the sparing and the tension between the two characters.
